Coreve 1-Year Free Refurbishment Warranty

(Exclusive to Coreve Queens Club Members)

1. More than a Normal Warranty
Unlike standard warranties from other brands, Coreve’s Refab Warranty is an extra perk. It’s not just about repairs—it’s about making your sneakers look and feel as good as new.

2. How It Works

  • After 6 months of use, normal wear and tear happens to every sneaker.

  • Between 6 months and 12 months from your purchase date, you can request a Free Refab.

  • This includes restoring the Upper & Sole to bring back the original look, feel, and comfort.

3. How to Get It

  • Register your sneakers in the Coreve Queens Club with your unique serial number right after purchase.

  • Without registration, you can’t claim the Refab benefit.

4. What’s Covered

  • Wear & tear from regular use.

  • Upper leather conditioning, sole restoration, stitching touch-ups.

5. What’s Not Covered

  • Physical damage, misuse, burns, deep cuts, or extreme abuse.

  • Any sneakers beyond the 1-year purchase window.

6. Brand Discretion
We reserve the right to approve or decline the Refab request based on sneaker condition, purchase date, and registration date.
